Rachel and Maddison are amazing swimming teachers. They have had such a positive effect on our child's swimming skills. We are very grateful for such superb teachersnnIts a shame the facilities are really outdated, broken and dirty. The centre is not cheap and a misuse of finances is definitely echoed from the broken lifts to the filthy changing rooms.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Rachel, my daughter Ami’s swimming teacher. Rachel has given my daughter not only confidence in the water, but also confidence in swimming overall.nnAmi found it very difficult to learn before, especially if she did not feel comfortable with the teacher. However, Rachel’s way of teaching made a big difference. Her patience, kindness, and encouragement had a very positive impact on Ami.nnAs a parent, I feel extremely happy and grateful to see that my daughter is no longer afraid of the water and now swims with full confidence. Ami started at Stage 3 with Rachel and successfully progressed to Stage 4 where she is currently learning with her. Even when moving up, Ami specifically asked to stay with Rachel, and when she is ready for the next stages, both Ami and I would love for her to continue learning with Rachel again.nnThank you, Rachel, for allowing us to see Ami’s progress stage by stage, especially at a time when we were almost ready to give up. I would like to express my gratitude to Rachel. My niece has been attending here for a while and has previously been nervous and quite shy. I am thrilled after visiting her to watch the swim lesson that not only has she come out of her comfort zone and gained confidence, but she's also made friends! They are expensive classes, especially after the rise in lesson prices, but honestly, with this teacher, I think it's so worth the money. Kids are laughing and having fun, as well as the teacher, well-behaved classes and always willing to lend a hand to anyone. Thank you for what you have done for my niece.
Rachel is a great swimming coach, she's helped me learn the basics and improve my confidence in the water week on week. I enjoy attending the sessions and welcome her constructive feedback. Her great sense of humour helps me relax which a great help too!
Lovely gym and swimming pool. Family friendly and a lot of parking available even in the local Morrisons. It has a nice community feel about it.nnThe toilets and swimming area aren't the cleanest though, so make sure you don't walk bare foot between the changing room and the pools.
