Really lovely pub - spotlessly clean, friendly staff and they do delicious Sunday roasts - although they don’t start serving food until 5pm on a Sunday. Luckily it was a nice day so we sat in their lovely beer garden for a drink for an hour.
It's a wonderful place to go for a meal or a drink. There's plenty of parking, as in loads of it! The establishment both inside and out is clean, tidy, modest and very pretty. It's absolutely perfect in the summer with it's vast outside space. The food is absolutely beautiful and fairly priced for thr quality. It's slightly above average for pub grub but the quality is way above pub grub. Its definitely worth the money! The service is friendly and polite. All in all, you cannot go wrong with the Green Dragon.
Problems getting through on the phone but can’t fault the service when we got there on a Saturday afternoon for a light lunch and drinks with friends and my friends dog. We were welcomed to the bar side and had a lovely few hours. Food was good, staff pleasant and we all felt it was good value. Would recommend
We went yesterday for a Christmas get together. The staff were lovely and very attentive, however the food fell flat, the squid starter has 3-4 pieces of small squid, and to be honest look liked they had run out and tried to split the remaining portions. The risotto with sea bass was very bland. A shame as the decor and atmosphere is lovely !
Visited today 9/3/22 was welcomed by two lovely ladies. Starter was amazing, we had the sharer platter. Unfortunately the main let us down as it had to much english mustard in but this was soon resolved and fresh one made with the right ingredients this time. The two lady's working was very accommodating throughout our visit. the manager should be very proud to have the staff he does : Thank you

Very pleasant experience. Food was very good and the gentleman who was looking after us, Stephen, was lovely and very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Thank you very much
Went for out Christmas works do, we were a table of 15. Lovely little venue and the food was amazing. It was great value. Will definitely be rebooking for next year!
Very good place the food was delicious, better than any other restaurant you will find in the area. The strawberry shortcake cheesecake was the best in the whole world I highly recommend coming here.
What a business. Faultless from start to finish. The food was to die for and the service was impeccable. I believe Steve the manager used to be a brewer and it shows in the quality of beer served. Can’t wait to return!
