Great family gathering. We came from different places and it was very easy to get to. We were a group of 10 inc a 3 & 5 yr old. The kids loved the indoor it was raining play area. There is an outdoor play area too. The food was okay. The trio of pies was a success. The carvery was good. The prices were good. We definitely will meet there again.
The food was amazing, the beer was spot on the place was clean and tidy,, the bar service was bloody shocking, which was a real shame, but I'd definitely eat there again,Food: 5/5
Went for breakfast with mine and another family. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Sausages are a good quality. Otherwise an average breakfast but is all you can eat, so good value for money. Seats in view of soft play, so kids can play without having to supervise too much away from tableFood: 4/5
Staff were blunt/rude to my partner and her group of friends on two separate occasions. Food for our table was served at very different times, most of our table had finished eating before the others had been served their meals. Food wasn't hot and was undercooked sweet potato curry. They allowed us to take a birthday cake in for my son which was nice of them, the softplay is great for the kids but gets very busy on the weekends. Unfortunately we won't be returning.
Very enjoyable group meal for a party of 6. Food was quick to arrive, generous portions and hot/fresh. Drinks were reasonably priced and tasted great. Would definitely return in the near future.Food: 5/5
Good range of pub food at reasonable prices. Service polite and friendly and food tasted good. Only down side is tends to be lots of young children running around between their parents and the play area.
Disappointing visit! Very poor service. Queued for ten minutes to order food and drinks, starters then arrived 25-30 minutes later. Mains served shortly after but were not very hot and we were missing the gravy that should have been served with the meal. Had to wait another half an hour for plates to be cleared. As we had waited so long, we requested to take desserts away, however we were informed that it was not possible as they had no take away boxes. Desserts were finally served but hot drinks did not arrive.
Ate here today with our 12 year old dairy intolerant daughter. We were asked on arrival if any allergies or intolerance and were given a list of all the allergens for the whole menu. When asking about a couple of bits that weren't clear the staff double checked and ensured all her food was prepared and delivered to the table separately so no mix ups. Couldn't fault the staff at all as they were amazing checking bits for us with no fuss at all or making us feel awkward. Food was lovely although a bit of a wait as a busy Sunday lunchtime. 100% recommend. Thank you x
Took my son and nephew for breakfast with my dad. Great value, as under 16s eat free with every adult paying. Had to wait at the buffet for a while for more fried eggs and hash browns. There were no sausages or scrambled egg. Wasn't too fussed, as was plenty of other bits, but my son was a bit disappointed. Great value Kid-friendliness: Play area for kids
Food was nice. Staff were rude, tried to ask for help and the waiter wouldn't stop or make eye contact with us. We were in a group and half of us had been given our food and eaten it before the other half food arrived. Definitely felt like a budget family restaurant in all the worst ways.Food: 4/5
