Great service & surroundings with car parking which is accessible for all.

Can get quite busy as many go there for coffee, in this very nicely furnished place.

Considering the location of the place it's very good value indeed, the same price if not lower than any of the not so pleasant chain places nearby.

The restaurant is pretty decent too, having gone for a meal a while ago.

They have very nice outdoor heated seating 'bubbles' by the river til March

I stayed here for 2 night to attend a friend's wedding. I was truly amazed by the service that wad given out by each and every staff member. Went above and beyond. Great food, good rooms and a nice bar,  Can't go wrong with this place.

Attended as wedding guest. Good food, lovely venue. Function room was small but did the job. Outdoor area was very nice too

Amazing rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast at the coppa club (linked to hotel) was lovely. 
Hotel is dog friendly but you wouldn't know it. Rooms are cleaned brilliantly.

Company meeting held here in their function rooms.  Beautifully decorated, great service, funky food.  All good.  Great views of Thames River. Separate from main building so quiet.
