Stayed for a spa weekend on 27/01-28/01 and my boyfriend and I couldn’t say anything better about the place! Lovely rooms with great amenities, our spa treatments were very relaxing (with a wide range of choices), the Caprice Restaurant has lovely food for and exceptional service with a peaceful atmosphere for all along with a huge buffet for breakfast! Will be recommending this hotel and its staff and plan to come back again!

Great venue for our county team day.  Good coffee on tap.  Clean modern decor.  Split level seating in restaurant area and nice bar.  Convenient location for M4 and Reading.  Good parking.  Friendly staff.

Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great. The same can't be said about the spa which was the actual reason for the stay. The receptionist at the spa didn't care that they had messed up and informed us that they would call us once they had any availability for the massages (which we already paid for) and made no real effort to try and accommodate us. My partner who booked the treat for my birthday was left really underwhelmed by the massage as the masseuse was not only late for the appointment but spent more time doing other things (and was told to lay on his back) other than the back massage he wanted! Overall hotel stay is perfect if working around the area or visiting Reading, but won't be visiting this spa again (especially their lack of customer service and attention)!

Attended a wedding there this weekend. Was absolutely brilliant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and everything went off without a hitch. Cant fault them at all. A lovely day

Over night spa weekend rooms clean tidy with everything you would need for an overnight stay. Service was great all round very friendly. Location was fine for us as was a weekend break but very close to M3/M4
