Staff were all pleasant. The corridors are filthy and carpets need replacing. The main room was fairly clean but still turned my stomach in some areas. The bed was the cheapest bed you could possibly find. Very uncomfortable and had an awful sleep. On the good side the windows do open and the bath towels were large. Plenty of hot water. Premier inn is much better especially the beds and sleep quality but more expensive. I confess to being particularly fussy where cleanliness is concerned. Others like me will want to avoid.
Nice hotel in good location. Bar/ Restaurant and breakfast available. Free parking. Had Super Room clean with extras: coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc with wet room. Rooms: Super Room is worth extra money. We will recive more sophisticated interior design, coffee machine, free Kit Kat and hot chocolate, iron and desk, hair dryer, dimming light and USB sockets.
The room and the hotel is great but the lady behind the bar was very rude and has no customer skills at all she met me with "wot do you want" After finishing an argument with another guests!! So I said forget it and walked awayRooms: 5/5
I kept moving around within the lodge. Some staff were amazing as I stayed for so long. Almost part of the furniture. House keeping was good. Strange one pays for breakfast separately. They should relook at the menus to gain more guestsRooms: 3/5
This Travelodge is looking very old and tired. Stains on the carpet, smells in the bedroom from a friend who stayed in a different room, I didn't experience it. But people on reception were nice and it is very close to Heathrow or Reading.Rooms: 2/5
- Comfortable and welcoming stay again at winnersh triangle Travelodge. All the reception staff and the helpful and friendly Manager muneesa make Business trips and long weekends enjoyable and fun. I will recommend always.
Good value restaurant, clean rooms, quite comfortable bed, loud footsteps above if on ground floor and noises from outside, corridor carpets are filthy
Carpets are very faded in the hallway and in my room. Room was clean and tidy and bed was comfy. Still not as good as Premier Inn I'm afraid.Rooms: 3/5
Not the most exciting place to visit. It's a building with rooms, pleasant staff and a reasonable bar/restaurantRooms: 2/5
Location convenient as a base for visiting the area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, breakfast good, but had to wait a long time for buffet to be replenished. Bar times stated open until 1:00, but we were told it was closed for cleaning when we returned. Stay offered good value for money.
