Excellent restaurant worthy pub food at a good price and with fast, friendly service.

We had lunch latish (2pm) but 2 items on the menu were not available. Staff friendly. We had a problem and they were kind enough to not charge us for one meal. Had several meals since. All excellent.

Pulled in for a rest and light lunch. Car park small and oddly shaped - drove in OK but getting out was a bit of a palaver! Good service at the bar for a pot of tea and a club sandwich - but there was only one other customer at the time. More people arrived later but it didn't get really busy. A decent place for a break and a bite.

Nice pub with great food and a nice ale selection as well. Drinks are reasonably priced as well with pints between £3 - £4

Fabulous.... Gorgeous Hotel, Friendly, Helpful, Warm... Smashing Full Scottish, Vega Artwork, and a lovely Local Downstairs Boozer... Luved It... Thank You Shona and Your Husband (whose name I never got but whom cooks a cracking Tatty Scone...
