Visitors receive a warm welcome at all times, whether for a quick drink, a morning coffee or a meal… and dogs are positively encouraged. What a lovely, delightful place to go for food or just a drink. I've been a few times to The Glynne Arms and enjoyed it every time. The food is always nice and a fair price, they were very good with my wife who is vegan. They always have good beers on and are really clean and fresh. The staff are nice and friendly and always happy to help. The toilets are always clean and smelling fresh.

Lovely old pub. Had a excellent Sunday dinner. Great friendly staff. Really nice log fire. Go there fairly regular. Daughtet also goes there for the pub quiz nights.

If I could a negative star rating I would l. I had enjoyed an afternoon of rugby watching the Wales Ireland game with my wife then the England Scotland game started and in discussion with my wife another table intervened to start a fight and i had to SQUARE up to 3 individuals which the STAFF did nothing about. Instead they made out it was in some way my fault and still expected a 90 pound tab to be paid by me and I felt could not watch the end of the game there so had to leave .Disgusting behaviour by both staff and patrons would not recommend anyone go there to watch rugby or for anything else.

A quirky pub which I loved immediately I walked through the door. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering the turkey (it was 27th Dec) and it was quite possibly one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. It tasted like warmed up leftovers which it probably was. The roast potatoes had the most peculiar after taste. Yuck! I never write bad reviews about a place as I prefer to speak up at the time but when I was asked if everything was okay and I replied "No, actually, the roast potatoes taste really weird with a strange after taste" all I received was the comment "Oh I am sorry about that" and that was it. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I will not be eating there again.
