Took my dad for birthday meal I ordered mushroom carbarana it was cold ! We ordered fish pie they never had any ! Then puddings they had no jam to go with the cream scone and my vanilla cheesecake can it was raspberry! Not a good experience.

There was only one guy working both the bar and doing food orders so there was a bit of a wait but he did great. The food is cheap enough. I got a 'small plate' for £4.95 and it was more than small, plus came with a dessert! Good quality too

Just had lunch in the red lion spot on excellent food great service and friendly staff highly recommend.

Really warm atmosphere. Excellent food in decent price (ribs recommended). Friendly staff made our time in Red Lion even more enjoyable.

Used this as the venue for our child's christening party. The staff were super helpful and friendly, even though we were running late and could not do decorations ourselves, the staff were able to take care of everything for us and did not hesitate in doing so. The food was very nice and the buffet was able to accommodate generous portions for everyone (including seconds for many) with quite a bit left over. Pricing is fair and we felt we got value for money in terms of the food & privatised area for our function. Would recommend highly!
