Lovely food! The carvery is especially tasty and they have lots of wonderful desserts to choose from, with cakes on display that my daughter absolutely loved. The staff are very friendly and professional too. 5 stars!
The staff were very helpful, polite, kind. Their upselling skills were amazing. Me and my husband went with our little baby girl and they went above and beyond for us. That sat us on a table that had enough room for the pram.nThey didn’t kick us out near 9pm as we had only just finished our meal and drinks which I thought was very nice. I can’t fault their service, food arrived hot and the drinks were perfect. Staff came and checked back straight away pretty much and cleared our plates when we finished very quickly.nnI would definitely recommend and visit again for sure it was an excellent experience and visit for my first time in Chester. Thank you
I took my 3 grandkids and we all had fantastic food. service was great. we ordered on the app and it was very quick and served quickly and all food was hot. I had the carvery which was really lovely. the place was very busy as we went at 3pm but that didnt stop the good service. We will be back.
Had a lovely carvery for Father’s Day, the food was lovely. Sam who served us at the bar was polite & well mannered, Tiahn who served us the food was very polite and helpful and Alicia was excellent as well, she cleared the tables without being asked to as my 11month old son was into everything they all couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Excellent customer service by all three
