Mega. Can't complain at all fast service, cheap, tasty food!
A typical spoons pub reasonable food and cheap alcohol staff where friendly but seemed to be behind with clearing tables etc
Covid 19 restrictions are in place. Face masks have to be worn on your way in , and you have to use the nhs app to scan the QR code, or the wetherspoons app. You will then be seated at a table. You have to wear a face mask if you go to the toilet., and to the bar . Very well organised.
Not bad, cheap beer, chips were a bit hard hence a star off
Furniture was very varied and made the restaurant look cluterd but coffee was good for the price
Food was not the best. Chips not very hot, the rest of the meal was. Steak not as tender as I hoped. Peas overcooked as not looking or tasting the best.
Typically excellent Wetherspoons experience, good food amazing beer prices, all served by smiley staff...
Really busy even though it was only 11.40 when we went in, easy track and trace system, staff attentive, speedy service all meals excellent value.
It's a Wetherspoons! What more can you say? Service was good.
I was very disappointed that as a regular Wetherspoon user and I was encouraged to use the app. I missed out on the chefs special curries. These were not on the app nor the table but only on the bar which as I used the app didn't see until I was leaving.
