The pub is well known around the area as part of the Ginger group. It's nice enough inside with a good carpark, but it is the food that you go here for. It really was excellent with the duck just melting in the mouth, I just don't know how it could be that good. Carrot cake with carrot chips (crisps) highly recommended. Overall an enjoyable visit albeit the chairs are a little hard. Remember to book!

Amazing food in a wonderful pub in the country. Could not fault the service or meals in anyway. Good sized car park and very clean facilities. There appears to be a children's play area put the back. They also have a menu for kids.

Have eaten here a few times now and the food is always excellent and interesting, without being pretentious. Service is always polite and rapid, without making you feel rushed. Well priced considering the quality level.

Had an lovely Sunday roast here, the staff were great and it has a nice relaxed atmosphere. It's also very child friendly and has a good kids menu! I will definitely be back!
