Ambience perfect. Doesn't feel busy even when there's a full house. The food was amazing, as was the presentation. The wine paring was accurate and the staff were fast, helpful and knowledgable. They made their presence known when needed but were scarce when not - a rare balance achieved here. You feel well looked after. Obviously the price for a Michelin starred restaurant is high but it is well deserving of its status.

A great Michelin Star Restaurant in Horsham. Olivie our waiter was attentive and charming. The food was inspired, flavorful and delicious. If you have never eaten in a Michelin star restaurant, this is the place to go. If you have you won't be disappointed either.

A really pleasant experience for breakfast. Very attentive and friendly service. Really no need to say that the Eggs Benedict was magnificent, followed by coffee and a truly delicious almond croissant. Won't be long before we return!

Every foodie should visit this restaurant. One of the few Michelin Star restaurants in Sussex. Amazing food, great knowledge of wine, fantastic service, all at a reasonable price (especially if you visit for their lunch offers). A wine pairing is a must!!! Go on, spoil yourself!!!

All superior. Flavours, textures, matched wine, service, teas, the lot. The cost of several normal meals out is justified!
