Pretty slow to get food out. Seemed like they were very short of staff compared to the the number of people sitting down to eat. Tables were being left with dirty cups and glasses for a long time after people had left making the whole place look messy. When the food arrived, presentation left a lot to be desired. How can a simple dish a nachos end up looking and tasting like slop on a plate??? Never had to use a knife and fork to eat nachos in the past. Customer service was pretty good when the problems were mentioned (refund for the meals). Overall, disappointed when compared to previous visits.

The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I wasn't overly impressed with my meal which was the same size as my childs meal (which was ordered off of the kids menu) however i went with my parents who both said their meals were lovely. It was good value for money though and I would definitely visit again

Went for Xmas lunch. There was no atmosphere I expected some Xmas music playing. No designated waiting staff, did not get extras that were ordered although we were told they were on their way food was reasonable but desserts were not as ordered two were incorrect and one that was correct looked as though it had been splashed on the plate. Had to wait too long for coffee and mince pies. I have been to the pub before and had excellent service

For the price it was an okay meal. The tables where dirty so we moved to another one which was less dirty. We shared a sharer starter. Wasn't anything special. Came out quickly. We had to ask for knife and forks. The main meal was yummy. I had a mixed grill. Again had to ask for knife and fork. I didnt even get a steak knife so cutting was diffucult. All was lovely apart from the chicken. Very squeaky and defiantly wasn't breast. The rest was lovely though. Chips where my favourite! The dessert was actually nice apart from the cookie that tasted like it was weeks old. The slush puppy was great for the price. I would go again as I know what to expect now but if your expecting great service then don't just go for the cheap decent food.

Been to this pub lots of times and the food has always been first class, but today it was not good at all, I've never sent a meal back before but I had too today, and what came back wasn't any better, they didn't seem that worried won't go again
