Spend time with us for great pub food in a place you'll love. We serve classic dishes with a modern twist - it's the perfect place to get together with familly and friends. The George and Dragon has a history dating back at least to the eighteenth century when it was a coach staging post. Until the early twentieth century, travel by horse and coach from Manchester to Chester was along this route and an important stop along the way was the George and Dragon coaching inn. Today our welcome is as warm as ever and our delicious pub food is enough to revive even the weariest of travellers. So whether you're visiting Dunham Massey Park & Hall, Altrincham Golf Club or the Trafford Centre, make sure you stop by!
We serve great food all day everyday. From a all you can eat breakfast cooked to order through to great lunch time and evening deals.
We serve food both in our bar area where you can sit and watch all the major football games on one of our six screens in front of a warm fire or for a more private relaxed experience come through to the restaurant and let one of our friendly team members serve you.
