Excellent Spa and great experience!! Had a full body melt with hot stones massage.. Nicole has been excellent with amazing skills to treat. Reception staff showed the way and was very cordial. Nicole explained what the treatment was about and there was no rush to the treatment. Good place to relax and unwind the stress..!! I would highly recommend if you are looking for spa in Altrincham.
Iv been here so many times for a massage and can honestly say the whole experience is 5 stars. The facility is clean, calming and relaxing. The staff are so attentive and Sophie is just truly, one in a million. This girl has helped me through a shoulder injury and knows how to personalise your treatment specifically for you. If I could afford it, I would come here weekly because it’s my happy place. It’s definitely worth a visit! Thank you Ki Day Spa xx
I went with a group of friends/family for a special occasion. It was a lovely treatment but whilst waiting before and after for the other people in the group to be finished, we were told several times whilst whispering that we were being too loud and to be quiet. Yes it is a relaxing spa, but not a library! Whilst I had my treatment, I heard several mobile phones bleeping and conversations going on. We as a group had respected the 'turn mobiles off' sign and done just that, yet others obviously hadn't, but we seemed to be the only ones being victomised. I don't think I will be going back and only for that reason. Ask people to be quiet by all means, but then that applies to everyone in their, don't pick and choose who you want to tell off!!!
I absolutely love it here, fabulous, quality and highly professional treatments every time I have been. I will be revisiting time and time again! Keep up the good work!
Return visit today after many years, as I have moved out of the area. Standards, service and attention to detail as impeccable as ever. Highly recommend a visit.
