confusing menu and a wait over an hour for mains Waited for well over an hour for food. When it arrived, it wasn't what we expected. 'chargrilled chicken with cheese' turned out to be a chicken burger that's apparently chargrilled. On asking why the menu didn't mention the dish as burer, the lady who served us seemed perplexed as well. Good place, first dine in, complete let down.. The £11.00 burger was a complete disgrace to itself. See the photos.. I must say, they served us a round of drinks free for the delay.

Great venue with a great vibe not to mention a generous happy hour. Bar and security staff as always are very professional. A BIG thank you to all at the Gable for making our Flying Solo singles event the success it was.

Great buzzing vibe, staff were brilliant, gave us a free bottle of prosecco for my friends birthday, looked after us in our booth. Loved it

Attended a birthday bash here and it was fab. Great venue and staff. Food was great and the bar is spacious and can accommodate a good number of people. There's a dance floor downstairs with a bar. DJ sets up in red telephone boxes! Loved the place as did many other people.
First time visit & the staff were lovely with a nice pub setting/decor. Going to sound really old now but the music was too loud for a Tuesday after work. I shouldn't have to shout to speak to a friend when a large pub is half empty. Otherwise a nice place.
Really good place. Great atmosphere and great staff. The only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the bar staff could move a little quicker and scan who's next and waiting. However I'll definitely be going back.
