Story

The Simpson’s Tavern menu stays faithful to classic British favourites. Daily specials include pork, leek and cider pie, braised oxtail stew, and fisherman’s pie. An open grill at Simpson’s Tavern Bank allows diners to see the preparation of classic hearty recipes, including a traditional Edwardian pork chop, and hearty mixed grill. English cheeseboards are also served alongside a variety of homemade puddings.

A very tasty portion of pie and mash in an entirely unpretentious manner. Not cheap but very good.

Wonderful institution and great food. Added bonus of a sausage on the side and you never know who you may end up sitting next to. Immaculate and well worth a visit after 300 years of trading down the back alleys of the city. Thanks for a fun lunch guys.
Absolutely incredible. Went with my mum and had a great time. Staff are brilliant, food is riotously old school pie then sponge pudding and a venue that's got some real magic about it. Not for those who are keen on privacy as may be required to share tables.

A legend. Turns back time. Not to miss when in London.
Best food and service. Hands down. Can’t stress enough how good this place is. Visiting London definitely go but does get really busy.
