I have been training with Chris for over two years. Amazingly inspirational mental and physical trainer. Has helped me become a better person all around. Full of useful guidance to inspire and motivate, and is a leader in the mental / psychological coaching. Always goes the extra mile for his customers who he treats more like friends. He now trains my son. I have seen a marked positive change in my attitude to life. He is so much more positive, and able to solve problems / handle difficulties. It has been night and day. He is also filling my sons mental toolkit with positivity and advice on how to thrive. Cannot rate highly enough. Would give home 6 stars if I could.
I worked with Chris for a year during my weight loss journey from 120kg to 100kg, having failed to achieve my goals on my own using exercise. One of the biggest changes I saw in myself was in mindset, the adopting of sustainable weight loss practices and mindset instead of the boom/bust scenarios I had been employing previously. The weight loss journey for me was as much about the mental journey and accountability as it was the physical, something I had not put much stock in before meeting Chris and something he helped immensely with. Even though my time with Chris is over, I still employ the same mental practices when I need to shed a few kg in a sustainable way and it's something that I will take with me whatever the future bring! Great session with Chris this morning. Started with running, then circuits then warm down and breathing. Chris really knows how to keep you engaged but also pushes you without you realising. Superb and can’t wait for the next one!
Chris is the most enthusiastic individual I've met, he has a real zest for life and is always the go-to person when you need a little lift! His positivity and energy is infectious and is the person you need around when you need someone to lift those spirits!
Chris delivered a fantastic 1.5hr workshop for my sales team in 2022. He promised he would equip us with a number of tools to help make our personal and professional lives more fulfilling, and boy did he deliver! His energy is infectious and his subject matter expertise in the area of mental performance is the best I’ve seen in the industry. Would highly recommend!
I might be biased but my husband knows his stuff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else when it comes to helping people with how they think and how they can feel as good as possible
What started as a short term trial is now a long term ‘way of life’ with Chris providing both mental and physical coaching. A really rewarding and inspiring coach that helps me stay focused, positive and motivated.
