The public sessions are short and full while the private sessions seem long and empty - which doesn't seem quite right. Despite the fact that public sessions are short there usually seems to be at least one section blocked off - usually more. Temperature used to vary dramatically but seems to be relatively constant now. Price is reasonable. All in all I think the management needs to sort stuff out a bit better - in fact it's impossible to tell who the manager is.

This place is a mockery. When I subscribed, I told the guy behind the counter that I wanted to pay on a monthly basis because I could leave Wokingham anytime. He informed me it wasn't a problem because I could cancel on a 1-month notice by proving I had a new address. But he "forgot" to tell me that I had to move at least for 20 miles to get rid of my subscription. As I'm living in Bracknell, I'm too close, so I have to pay my 12-month contract until the end. Besides that, I've been working out there for 5 months. I assume that if you use the swimming pool and the classes, it's good value. But if like me, you're only interested in the gym, look away! Changing rooms are small, toilets don't work very well, gym equipment is in poor condition and good luck to steal a smile from the personal trainers.

I kind of like this place especially as they're doing up the carpark. Could have more seating other wise great. Really friendly staff and instructors. Highly recommend to all and great for family swims to.

The hot tub was freezing, said the boiler was broken. No one was in the pool apart from 3 other people. The lifeguards seemed astrayed and not devoted to there job role. The hygiene level was extremely low as the water tasted of a dirty content. I would strongly not recommend this swimming pool/facility to families or for everyday swimmers.

After leaving I do not expect to be harassed by text messages basically begging for me to come back. What's more, to unsubscribe I must send a text to 88882, which will cost me. On principle this is disgusting, I will not pay ANY amount of money as this is blackmail. I expect to be removed immediately.
