I attended the les mills launch event on Sunday and had a brilliant experience! I was greeted at reception by Phil who was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The event was amazing and was very well organized. The instructors that led the session were brilliant! Once the session had finished, I was offered a free drink by Clara and Max who were very nice and asked me how the session went and if I enjoyed it.nnWould definitely recommend coming to this centre, as me and my husband were very impressed with our experience and the brilliant customer service at reception.
We've been here a few times to swim, and not yet been disappointed. You get what you pay for, the facilities are good, showers are warm/hot, staff seem nice and helpful. Lifeguards always on duty and very alert. Overall clean and tidy. The prices are also very fair for swimming, I'm not sure about other prices and make the pool accessible to those on a lower budget too. I would recommend!
The sauna itself is quite nice and very well built, but it clearly lacks proper cleaning. In some places you can still see construction dust. The tiles in the steam sauna look like they haven’t been cleaned since the building work was completed. There are no water hoses installed for washing the benches, so you basically have to sit on the sweat left by previous people in the steam sauna.nnThe saunas themselves are good, but when you pay £25 you definitely expect at least some shampoo and a way to dry your swim shorts. Some improvements are also needed, such as adding extra seating benches in the corridor, as there is plenty of unused space.
Used this twice now when I've stayed over for work. Only used the gym but it's excellent quality, very busy though at the times I've used it from 7am to 930am. Well equipped, clean. Marked down only on cost. £12.50 for a gym session
Clean, New, and very good facilities for wokingham! We use it for Badminton bookings and the court feel and lighting ate top notch. Huge + compared to any of the other leisure centers across whole of Berkshire.
