As a triathlete, I have spent most of the last 2 years swimming, cycling or running, neglecting the strength and conditioning side of my training. Nick has helped me put together a 40 week strength and conditioning program to help me towards my fitness goals and to hopefully exceed them. His knowledge in these areas is excellent and that coupled with his state of the art training unit and desire to help people makes it a safe bet if you're looking for help with your health and fitness targets.

I have been attending the circuit classes with Nick once a week since November when the StrengthBox first opened. Nick's knowledge and expertise is matched by his passion for training, fitness and helping others. Nick takes great enthusiasm into every circuits class which he has clearly planned out thoroughly in advance to help everyone reach their training goals. The class caters for everyone with different difficulty levels on each station. My only wish is that I had the time to attend more of his classes as the improvement in my fitness levels and weight loss have been fantastic. With the extra classes now available I look forward to more sessions with Nick!

Nick at StrengthBox offers an exceptional environment to train within and the very best support I have ever received. I have spent my adult life at different gyms and none have ever come close to offering the expertise and guidance that I have received at StrengthBox. I would say that if someone is looking for a Trainer that has an exceptional knowledge of training methods and how you can maximise the return on effort, then Nick without question is the Trainer to book time with. I genuinely can't speak more highly of Nick and his expertise in personal training methods.

Nick is very motivational and great at explaining all the exercises, adapting them to your ability and showing you how to get the best out of them. Love going to the fitness circuits as there's such a great variety and atmosphere, and always come away buzzing. Noticed the difference after just a few sessions so will be back for more!!

As someone who traditionally only focuses on weight training at the gym Nick's class was a breath of fresh air! The use of kettle bells in conjunction with resistance exercises has helped me massively. The leg workout at the end was insane!
