Certainly is an elegant dining experience. The food is amazing, fresh and delicious, service it’s 10 out of 10. They have a very great menu to accommodate everyone’s needs with a long list of wines :. However, for a push restaurant atmosphere a bit noisy to my liking, the piano wasn’t consistent throughout, and you could hear other people also a table for 2 round tables is very small for posh dining.
Took my husband for tea for his Birthday, everything was perfect, we like the iconic striped crockery. Large selection of tea, but the most important for as a gluten free and vegan the variety of sandwiches and cakes. You won’t find it in any establishment in London, we have need in few places. They even offered non-alcoholic champagne, which is nice for a non-drinker. So we highly recommended for you to experience great place, service and food, definitely cone back. You also can have breakfast or lunch there! The only one thing is slightly disappointed that many people didn’t obey with a dress code, loads trainers not smart, jeans and casual sweatshirts not smart,

Great atmosphere with their trademark christmas decor, friendly service without the snootiness you might expect from other 5stars and great value tasty food which was about £50per pax! Had the lobster wellington and steak to share and we were stuffed. the oysters appetiser were also one of the best and freshest ever had. would visit again.
Went for Afternoon Tea and the experience was great. From the ambience, to the service to the experience to the food was impeccable. If you happen to get Valentina looking after you, even better. The teas and sandwiches and cakes were all delicious too. The Claridge's blend fruit tea and Jasmine tea would be our recommendations. The scones were fresh and the jelly was light and full of flavour Vegetarian options: We went for afternoon tea and are vegetarian. We were catered to very well.
A friend and I had afternoon tea here last week and we were NOT disappointed. The room itself is beautiful, there was live piano music accompanied by violin, and each and every employee and server we interacted with was welcoming, kind, and helpful. We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. It’s not cheap, but the food is exquisite, with various sandwiches, fresh scones, and cakes. Our server brought out an additional try of sandwiches as well as another pot of tea. At the end, we were so full that we couldn’t finish most of the cakes and she happily boxed up the remaining cakes AND gave us an additional box of fresh scones and jars of jam. I didn’t want to go somewhere "stuffy" and feel out of place if I wasn’t super dressed up, and this was perfect, as people were dressed in everything from a zip up hoodie to a jacket and tie. I was very happy with our experience here and would certainly go back again!
Not my every day spot but worth the visit! We had the canapé platter to begin with. The duck wraps and gougere were the tastiest. I absolutely loved it! Had the steak, medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Dessert was a hazelnut meringue with caramel cremeux. Service was also top notch! All in all a good meal and great dining experience.
Great afternoon tea here! They have five kinds of sandwiches, among which I enjoyed the chicken one the most so I asked for some extra pieces. The sandwiches go well with the green tea! Then there are the scones and the sweets. The scones were pretty petite but were warm and delicious. The jam was really yummy but a little sweet, so it goes better with the plain one than the raisin. I asked for some milk to go with my Himalayas black tea. It accompanies the sweetness quite well. After the macaron I got full so I asked for the rest to go. The sweets are packed nicely. Excellent service! Attentive and polite. Really professional! The decorations are also fantastic. Worth the price and the fame.
What can I say - the best place to eat, drink and love yourself. The best ever service from staff, amazing food and drinks - for a flawless dining experience that cannot be matched anywhere else. My favourite place to be in this world.
My sister and I had afternoon tea here earlier this month and had a wonderful experience. We were both apprehensive going into the experience, because it was a little out of our comfort zone, but we had such a good time. I hate that I cannot remember our server's name young, blonde, vaguely James Acaster looking , because he was truly the best part of the experience. He matched our energy perfectly and managed to be both charismatic and informative. In terms of food and drink, we liked that there was a huge variety of things to try. We particularly enjoyed the Claridges Blend, the chicken sandwiches, the scones, and the red fruit tarts. We would definitely come back on a return trip to London!
