We went to this place three times while in London for vacation. The gentleman helping us was so warm, helpful, and kind. He remembered us after the first visit, and had great tea recommendations for a non-tea drinker like me. We liked him so much, on our last night, after they had closed, we stopped by just to thank him and say good-bye. This man has left a lasting impression on us and our visit to London. Thank you sir!
Lovely food but the service wasn't the best. No space for us downstairs even though we booked ahead for a birthday. Also wouldn't leave the carafe of water on the table instead insisted on filling up the glases which resulted in us having to ask over and over to be topped up.
Would not recommend this place. I had a matcha latte, but no taste... Grew up in Asia and this was the worst matcha latte I think they don’t understand tea^^ And the red velvet cake was nice, but when I asked it to take away, the man charged me eat in price and put the cake in a random viynl bag like this!! So annoying!!
Simply amazing establishment. Have been a frequent visitor and love the excellent service, the kind staff, the brilliant tea, the atmosphere and everything about this place. My favourite teas are the Chelsea chai, Jasmine tea and Apple Spice tea, though many others of their very broad selection are brilliant too. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Small, friendly tea shop with a wide variety of teas. It was very crowded but other people were friendly and quick to share a table with them. Quite a few people on their laptop working. It was a nice refuge from a day of walking in cold London.
Good atsmosphere, local people, great location, good red velvet cake that goes well with a flatwhite.. I give 4 star because matcha latte had a little plain taste.. I regret not trying any teas here..: Overall a nice cafe, but sometimes it gets too crowded.
A cosy little cafe, great selection of teas as well as other hot and cold drinks and sweet treats. The interior is shabby chic with mismatched tables, chairs and sofas, very relaxed. Ample seating space but it can fill up on weekends. Free WiFi.
Lovely small cafe with a huge selection of teas and coffees, and the most amazing and delicious scones. Perfect for an afternoon quick tea :
Nice tea room near Oxford street, to take a little pause from shopping. Wide range of leaf tea. Calm and peaceful, but not a bit dusty
we have not tried the cakes and pastries which look amazing but the tea selection is great. chai latte with a variety of milks. Cozy place and nice staff
