"The Fox is a lovely big Edwardian-style pub, with a mix of nooky private corners and sunny spacious rooms, all wrapped around a busy central bar. The largest vaulted room leads out onto a large south-facing terrace with views out over the gently-rolling countryside and wooded hills beyond."

The interior design is spectacular. It creates different special areas for each visitation so that you won't feel bored. The staff are friendly and polite. Of course the food and drinks are high standard and presented in a nice look. …
stunning interior decorated restaurant/pub… cosy and it feels like you visited a gallery with so many beautiful artwork inside, and decorated with live plants that make the whole place more relaxing and welcoming! They also serve quality food and you’ll get serve by hardworking and friendly staffs, the place is always busy so I recommend to book a table in advanced. Highly recommended!
Initially we got to the pub and it was busy with plenty of parking available. The pub itself is beautifully designed as per the B&P estate. Food - was excellent across the board with no issues here and we got our meals quickly. Drinks - came after our starters. Service was slow on this part. Also the waiter granted apologised the drinks order did not go through due to technical issues and they offered us a 2nd round for free. When we queried this they told us they said this in error. The pub should have honoured this based on the fact we ordered on this basis. Overall 8/10 we would visit again. The pub should also have a host stand like the rest of the estate as we found we had to wait a while at the bar to establish we had a booking.
We decided last minute to go for Sunday lunch, what a great decision that was! An absolutely fantastic meal, superb festive cocktail and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended
Fabulous food a good selection of drinks , exceptional service and wonderful setting. Unfortunately we were only able to give four stars as a group of females at the table next to us were so noisy it spoilt our evening
I wanted to really love this place! The staff were friendly, the decor was 10/10, the vibe was positive and everything indicated that it would serve up a proper pub experience. The staff forgot about us a couple of times, notably when we asked for sauces, sugar for the coffees, and table water. They were probably just a bit busy, maybe? The nut roast option was below par - it wasn’t really a nut roast, it was more like mashed sweet potato topped with sprinkled nuts etc. It had no bite or texture, and not much flavour. It might be considered an interesting ‘twist’ on a classic, but was a bit disappointing when we were just looking for something familiar. The arancini were very delicious, and the real ale selection was vast! If I were back in the area again, I would probably return but not on a Sunday.
Stayed up the road at Lilleshall House and The Fox was recommended. Ate here twice and the food was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and great woth the kids - made their day having gin glasses for their lemonade Thank you
Great location, really good choice of real ales. Excellent menu good quality food but portions a bit mean. Staff lovely, garden brilliant.
