The new landlord here is brilliant and really friendly. Very welcoming and can't do enough for you. As well as that there is a great choice of beer and cider.

Lovely pub ladies toilets was the best i have seen in a older pub clean inside to did not have that smell like other pubs do the landlord was very helpful xx

If you like Northern sole it's great and the drink are pretty cheap four pints £11 pound
Recently refurbished pub, they have done it really well, plenty of real ales to choose from with big screens with info on them, good selection of other draught and spirits though too! Friendly staff, very cosy atmosphere, will definitely be returning
