I am not happy with the service they provide at all. I can not book appointment, only in the morning at 8.30 when I have to wait for like 30 minutes in the queue, just so they can let me know they don't have any more urgent appointment for that day. Also, I am unable to book non-urgent appointment at any time, I would have to call them 8.30 just like everyone has who might does have urgency to see the doctor. This is the worst system I have ever met. They do not think about people who needs to plan in advance because of work etc. The staff and nurses are lovely though, shame on their system, which isn't working properly. I can't wait to finish my daughter's ongoing case at the practice, then unfortunately we are going to move to an other GP practice where I can plan ahead.

DEAR STAFF I WAS MOST IMPRESSED THIS MORNING WHEN YOU FITTED ME IN AT SHORT NOTICE (0930) WITH DR OKEKE AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS. SHE DIAGNOSED ARTHRITIS IN MY SPINE AND GAVE ME IBUPROFEN AND AND OMEPRAZOLE .SHE GAVE ME ASSURANCE WHICH I NEEDED AND IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL.....ALREADY I AM NOT AWARE OF ANY PAIN OF STIFFNESS IN MY BACK. THIS DOCTOR IS A FINE AMBASSADOR FOR YOUR FIRM AND I PLACE ON RECORD MY THANKS AND APPRECIATION TO HER FOR HER EXPERTISE AND TO YOU ALL ESPECIALLY IN THE FACE OF CURRENT ADVERSITIES.
