My grandson has autism while under our care on holiday, fell and fractured his elbow. We contacted WCH and arrived as instructed.nWe were seen by Anne Wood and received fantastic care from her and the x-ray staff. Superb professionalism was experienced at every level. Thanks so much Anne!
I came to the community dental service here, the dentists were so professional and friendly and gave me a really good treatment! I wish I could have dr Shelly as my regular dentist!
Don’t go to a dentist there!nInfection of the tooth has spread over the 3 tooth, my neck was swollen and ear hurting.nWhen taking the temperature nurse barely touched my ear and it appeared that I had 35.7 temperature almost dead. The only option they offered was tooth extraction, I had to choose which tooth to take out.nDentist told me that I’m faking my pain.nI tried to explain that my temperature is much higher and that I don’t think my body can take tooth extraction. I asked for antibiotics which were denied. I was told that antibiotics is only used to treat spread infection and if temperature is higher that 39 and doesn’t go down. And if cheek is swollen.nI didn’t wanted the tooth taken out as I felt, it won’t heal the infection.nSure enough, couple of hours later my temperature went up to 39.7 and wouldn’t be able to get it down with anything. And my cheek looks like there is an apple in there !!nnNow I don’t know what to do about it and scared that it will develop sepsis!nnDon’t go there !!! She will remove all your teeth !!nOuhh also she said, if the one of the infected tooth will be removed it will brake the tooth next to it and they will need removing too!nnVoid .. void .. void !!!
Excellent staff in all functions. Had to stay at the Bradley Unit - once in 2018 and again in 2019.nWas extremely poorly in 2019 and was in coma for 5 weeks.nAlmost died 3 times but staff at nearby St Peters helped me to pull through.
My mother had to stay in Alexandra ward for a few weeks during June/July at this hospital. We only have praises for all the staff doctors, nurses, physios and administrative who were absolutely supportive and fantastic towards my mother.
