I had the pleasure of a custom fit with Jonny at Hoebridge today. What a great experience and friendly manor Jonny had. The detail and precision involved was spot on. Oh and I gained 30+ yards with the driver. I would highly recommend Jonny to get custom fit.
Great gym, mostly fairly quiet with good range of equipment. Classes are good, often fully booked. Spin class a personal favourite as the bikes are very high tech showing rpm and Wattage. If you need a personal trainer I can highly reccomend Taylor as he has been training me for a couple of months and i'm so much stronger and fitter. Really friendly staff who are always happy to help.
Stopped for lunch. Online system for ordering doesn't work and couldn't get the WiFi to connect. Then payment failed. Very stressful. Kind waiter came over and offered to take our order. Food was very nice. Paper menu was a bit limited on choice.
Lovely little gym, very reasonably priced and friendly staff and members!. Could benefit from some more diversity in classes.
My favourite gym. Staff are great, lovely friendly atmosphere.
Good for fitness training. Up to date equipment. More cardio than muscle training. Reasonably priced
