Terrible surgery. You need to call weeks in advance to get a simple appointment, and when you say to the receptionist that it's quiet urgent they have the nerve to say 'go to the hospital'. Awful reception staff, have no clue how to run a GP. Your'e better off going elsewhere, where you may get a bloody appointment!

Absolutely awful, you can never ever get an appointment and receptionists are always being difficult. Hardly ever any doctors at the surgery and obvious the surgery is over prescribed . Usually try and fob you off with the nurse, who always sees me for about 3 minutes, planning to change surgeries very soon. Can the NHS take notice and make some changes at this nursery, just isn't acceptable.

Never have I ever seen such rude and disrespectful receptionists. My grandmothers appointment was scheduled for 11:20 and in the end, she walked out at 12:45 without seeing anybody. She is very ill and the way the receptionists were talking to her was absolutely disgraceful. Several people whos appointments were after my grans had been put ahead of her. She approached the receptionists 3 times and each and every time they just told her to be patient and to wait for her turn. She was in tears when she got home and nobody should ever be put through this. They definitely need more doctors and need to replace the receptionists at the desk. This is also not the first time this has happened. I request all of you to seriously reconsider this surgery and to pass on the word so they can realise what they are doing is wrong. This surgery needs to be shut down for the unprofessionalism that is shown on site and off. Better quality staff need to be selected so they can put this practice back on track and so they can start caring for patients in the best way possible with the best treatment.

Been with this GP for past 5 years, and never have i had a good experience, the appointments are always delayed, and good luck calling to book an appointment (queued 12), if not they are most likely to say call tomorrow at 08:30 (very repetitive response). Overall the doctors are great but the staff who are handling the GP let it down.

Why is it stated that the surgery opens at 08:00Am But yet that is not the case? Its 08.10am im outside the door and the surgery is closed? Misleading information, No Drs , No appointments, Rude receptionists. what is happening to this surgery, there used to be ONE Dr who managed it so well for 30 / 40 years ,ever since he left no-one has been able to managed this surgery. Some serious action needs to be taken.
