Incredible friendly service, it’s a pleasure to shop there. The staff will find solutions if your item isn’t in store. A lot of stores could learn how to give great customer service from here and work as a team. Happy to spend my money here.

The young male clerk was perfectly helpful and friendly. A good but little collection of satchels which is with great quality and well-designed.

Received the wackest treatment . The male sales people seemed to be very friendly and helpful. All the girls would not talk to or acknowledge my partner. This was on three separate occasions . Finally found a nice guy (Jonathan) to help and I think the other guy who helped was a key holder. Girls were all just standing around looking into the sky clueless.
