Was able to purchase a pair of Hoka rocker soled trainers, which Foot Locker in the UK don't stock. The assistant couldn't have been any more helpful, the store is well laid out, and there is a lift to the 2nd floor I have mobility issues. Located right on Times Square, this is THE store to get your trainers!
Got what I came for, staff were great and helpful definitely coming back!
Don't see the point in advertising you are open til 6pm n closing well beforehand second time this has happened to me now. Area manager needs to be asking questions.

Good but not find my shoes
Poor costumer service. Staff wasn't interested in helping me out. You want me to spend £100+ on shoes but cant help me find what im looking for? Gonna buy online somewhere else, probably much cheaper as well. Not recommended
Wasnt busy and didn’t even get shoes in 15 minutes…staff were more busy entertaining each other then helping out.
Turned up for opening @ 1000 only to find a note on the door saying they needed to open at 1100. Slight issue as I'd only paid for 90 minutes parking. Ended up a very quick visit with no time to look about.
Good service. Asked for something and they were able to tell me if they had it straight away. After visiting two other well known companies in Edinburgh first for trainers I can tell you who the real king of trainers is
Terrible! The store was not busy but I waited 15 minutes to let me know that the number wasn’t there and another 15 to try a pair of shoes!
