Initial sale was fine, normal service and I was happy to pay £110 for a pair of boots that I thought were good quality and likely last at least 2 years. Only four months down the line of normal use and the sole is splitting from the bottom. I go in to request a new pair thinking that will be fine, they will be happy to replace as clearly a fault. Nope. Gone into administration and they tell me I need to phone a company called Pavers who are less than helpful, hiding behind that they "only bought the brand and not the business" seems like they don't care about the new customers they have inherited from Jones, just that they got a bargain for the brand. Very disappointed and I'd recommend spending the same money elsewhere for a better quality boot.

I exchanged a pair of boots I bought at a different branch and the staff dealt with it very quickly, even without a receipt. Very impressive customer service - thank you!
