Customer service representative laughed at me when I asked about buying mismatched shoes. Cannot return shoes on  sale. Overcrowded. Nice selection though.

Customer service is lacking. Shop assistants standing about the shop chatting to each other about non-work related things. Counter staff not the most professional. Went to pick up an order I placed online today and was served by a rather odious female staff member whom made it seem like serving me was a chore.

Overall staff where very helpful, but I got a pair of high top black and white converse and noticed once it was too late that the circle all star label was coming off and I had only worn them one time. Not impressed. Poor quality.
