I bought a pair of boots recently here. The sales staff were very kind and very attentive, giving me recommendations for how to keep the boots perfect. The biggest flaw was that the sales assistant added on a number of products in the box of my boots that he didn’t didn’t tell me about. This was about £50 of extras so I questioned it when the price was much higher than I expected. Totally backhanded and unethical way of upselling, I returned the boots because of this.

Worked here on and off for a year or so. Best place I have ever worked for retail. Staff are lovely and respectable, the company treat you incredibly well and the pay is excellent. Not to mention you truly trust the brand you are selling. 5 stars!

Went in with my good lady to get some shoes. Was told by the sales person that all items in their sale were being sold on a no-return basis. I am not sure if this is completely legal or not but presented a very unfavourable customer experience.
