Super good experience! All the shoes were so pretty and the price range was £75-200 and they had lots of vegan options! Friendly staff and they were happy to get 2 shoe sizes for me. Unfortunately my dad didn’t let me buy the Chelsea boots but my mum said I could get them next time I came. Recommend!
I went into this branch a couple weeks back and was served by a young girl called Louise, she was super friendly! Helpful and over all made my experience really positive. Got the boots I needed and walked away feel happy. Amazing customer service skills, honestly.

Poor customer service. Sales assistant was unhelpful and rude. I asked if they had a shoe in 20cm as I am from overseas so I wasn’t sure the uk shoe sizes. She said she didn’t know. I asked if she could find out or find someone who did know. She replied “I guess I could google it”
I bought multiple pairs of DM's and paid with a £50 voucher and the remainder the vast majority I paid cash. When I returned one pair, they've refunded the voucher and a bit of cash, rather than putting the voucher against all the other pairs which I kept! They think they're clever but they're having every single pair back next week as I'm passing their shop, they'll lose out big time!! Not impressed with shady business tactics!! P.S This is all online, their shop staff have always been amazing and I'm sorry if this review reflects badly on them.
The doc shop have a fairly good range in stock with a clean we'll set up shop. The staff are friendly, helpful and serve you quickly
