Wonderfully helpful staff, very nice, always had a smile on there face - easy to talk to. Staff would go out of their way to help you and show you around to the item you are interested in.
I have never shopped anywhere where the staff have know interest in being there at all, the young men only have one interest and that's looking and chatting up the female customers, never will I even go in the store again!

Really lovely helpful lady who works here. She helped us with all our purchases and also with the new points app. She was brown, quite tall, wearing a denim jacket, with an African accent, i think! On 25/10 around 6pm. She was naturally very friendly & approachable. Thank you girl

I will never buy from this store again because I bought a shoe for £ 80 the first day and told them how much I could fight back and they said after 14 days you can repay and just receive of buy is enough. When I came in three days they told me why you left the box in the store, you had to bring the box with you. When I said the first day no one had told me about the box, the manager there told me we had to train our staff to let the customer know.
This a great Footasylum store located in Bullring, here you can shop in-store and also collect your online order from here. The staff who walk around are numerous and kindly offer you assistance. There is a large variety of clothes, jackets and trainers which you can explore in store.
waited on the queue for a few minutes as store had one person on the till Thursday 7pm, showed my email order and mentioned to the girl on the desk that I also received a phone call from them at 9am letting me know that my shoes has arrived in store and was ready to be collected. Girl went at the back with a body language in which I knew she would come back saying she haven't found it, sometimes you can tell when people aren't interested by talking to them for one minute. 1m later exactly as I thought, she came back saying shoes isn't there and if I’m sure the address is correct, so I said: let's have a look together, it says bullring, then another girl came in seams to be supervisor or a manger I’m not sure, asked me to see the email again, so I showed her and instead of going at the back and check again, as "two heads" works better than one, nope, she looked at me and said: would you like to go for a walk for 20m and came back cause I need to call "customers service"?! I said I will wait in store thanks. At the same time the other girl said: we missed two deliveries today, maybe yours didn't arrive too, so I said: let's wait and see. As I was waiting a guy called Bruno 5 stars for Bruno was walking pass and asked me: so did you get your shoes? I explained to him what is going on and very politely I asked him to go back there and have a look for me, because I know sometimes our colleges moves stuff around or we just don't look properly, so a second look would be good… he said not a problem, I will check for you, 45s later he comes back with my two pair of shoes. Now the question is: Is it true that there was 2 missing orders? Cause it was about to be 3, or maybe the same girl that couldn't find mine was who looked for the other two??? I would have gone all the way back home without my shoes knowing that they were there! I think some of the staff over there needs to be more sensible and carrying, also ask each other’s help, they need to use their common sense as in two eyes works better than one. But to be begin with, they need to be willing to work properly on the first place. They need to understand that when we buy online is still the same company, and if they don’t, they are simple damaging the reputation of the entire company. If you look other reviews, you will see that I’m not alone, maybe is time for the big managers to step in and don’t let their staff destroy our online shopping experiences.
Very bad customer service. Went to return or exchange wrong size trainers, poor service in the shop, was asked to send it to head office, so I did and it was signed for delivery. HEAD OFFICE say they can’t find it in there office and never gave me refund. So I have no shoes or money! You are thief’s!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE you will lose your money if you want a refund.
