Utterly obnoxious manager sneered and lied to get out of honouring an alleged 'mis-priced' item in complete breach of UK consumer law. Rude, wilfully offensive, passive-aggressive... I pity the staff forced to work with her. At least I had the option of walking out and spending my money elsewhere.
