As a previous customer, very disappointed in the way a refund request was managed by the staff. Shoes were returned after 2 weeks and, despite being unworn, the request was refused by the member of staff who had suggested they had been worn outdoors without being able to demonstrate how.
This is a nice Small Foot Locker with a good design and Layout. There are plenty of staff but on my last visit the Staff were not very helpful and spent more time discussing there own purchases while i was paying than mine. It does have a Basketball Section at the back of the store which is good. There are a reasonable range of Trainers and a good selection of staff. But to rat i higher id have to see better Customer Service from this store. I may visit again to check again.
Good shop for the kids trainers. I must say i dnt enjoy the whole sucking up because a wallet ir purse goes into buy. It was relaxed and i felt i could look & buy at my own leisure. Great feeling. Quiet refreshing

I've been coming to this store since the bull ring opened always found this store more convenient than anything but the staff all have bad attitude and are not helpful try to sell you stuff that you don't want or need. Footlocker need to take a look at who they employ because at the moment they're just employ HOODRATS!!
Small in here but extra choice as they have kids stuff in the the other footlocker also
when calling on new releases the staff 1. Doesn't answer the phone 2. busy signal who doesn't have call waiting 3. Don't know the releases 4. Answers the question then hangs up without following up with a follow up question or even saying good bye I see this is the 2nd review but my experience is I called multiple times was hit with all 4 of the statements above when inquiring about the Retro Jordan OVO 10s I called multiple times to ensure they were getting them. I was told multiple times they were when I got someone to actually answer the phone. I arrived the day of release 13 Feb 2016 2 hours before the store opened and when i got inside i was told they were only release on Oxford St. If the staff knew the proper information on trainers that the store opens early for it would cause less confusion and dissatisfied customers. I picked up the Retro Jordan 4s that day instead but i had my eyes set on the 10s that i was told they were getting.
Yeah I walked into footlocker Bullring B'ham to get the Nike Air CB 34, they did not have my size fair enough, then the idiot sales assistant offered me a half size down & up & I'm thinking is this guy an idiot, if I was buying plim soles or sum sh**s to mess about in, ok I would not mind going up or down a size but when Im spending £124.99, I want the right size and not some dumbass sales assistant trying to palms me off with an exspensive shoe that don't fit. So I looked around seen a few more kicks but again not my size availible, So I went to The Size they had the CB34 in my size and got them for £110. Footlocker You suck.
