Wondered why my partner was so keen to pop into the Bullring after work. The sight of all the up to 50% off signs everywhere explained it all, including Dune's which is where we were heading. Apparently a lot of the shoe shops don't stock shoes to fit her dainty size 3's - and they do. Been in here a few times with her, and have to say that the staff are always friendly, if a little too eager.
A MASSIVE thank you to Kelly who helped out my fiancé yesterday with his wedding shoes that we’d previously ordered from Dune at Cheshire Oaks. They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!
Today is second time I've visited bullring branch and we got new pairs of boots for my friend. Sana was really kind and helpful to choose shoes. She gave us all the details about the boots that was really helpful. Thank you
Seemed to be coping with the post Xmas sales well. Lots of nice shoes, just none of the sale stock in my size. Staff very helpful
I love Dune sandals and shoes however , I have difficulties walking and not able to walk in high sandals. But not enough low heel or flat 3CM sandals and shoes .Especially elegant ones I'm in my late fifties but I still want to look glamorous. All the nice sandals I have is from Dune. I want to walk in the store and put my hand in my handbag straight away and not leave empty hand.
I normally do my shopping from SelfridgesBirmingham. As I was walking by this shop which is next to selfridges 1st floor entrance, Visited and bought a pair of shoes from this shop. It was nice looking shoes but lately when I try them at my normal day, I experienced this pair of shoes are not comfortable at all. It damaged my nail only after wearing it once for couple of hours. I try to return or exchange them but staff refused by saying manager said we can’t return or exchange it.
Very friendly customer service team. Helpful in answering all my questions and even email you a copy of the receipt. Good selection of handbags if your looking for a gift to give someone.
I was sold a dirty used pair of shoes from bullring store, I was putting my trainers an socks on when the lady packed it up an had it waiting on till for me to pay, I only realised when I got home they deserve 0 star rating so disgusting
Great customer service, and no pressure to buy. Shoes seemed great quality and very sparkly will be back!
Prices slowly rising and not really reflected in the quality. Some nice styles, but not very exciting for the price.
