Stayed in the apartments on top floor and found them to be very clean modern with everything you need for self catering. Good sized living room bedrooms and bathroom. Plenty of off road parking on the grounds and within walking distance of the city centre. Great Italian restaurant on ground floor. Both hotel and restaurant well priced and great staff who couldn't do enough to help and would definitely recommend and stay again next time in Hull.

Great hotel for the price. Receptionist was nice and went through the rooms available. Nice clean rooms that I couldn't hear others in. Have paid twice as much before for lower quality.

Just refurbished, very clean, parking, tea's maid and en suite. Staff very helpful. Close to amenities, Cottingham and Beverly close by. Price of my stay for one night £23 value for money. Yes I would recommend this place for business or pleasure.

Convenient location to Hull city centre with onsite parking. Reasonable size rooms with older style decor. Good value for money if you are after simple accommodation. Friendly staff.

Awful place. I had nothing but trouble with constant noise from other so-called guests talking and arguing in corridors as well as watching TV at full volume. By 2am when it still hadn't improved I tried to get help from the reception staff. There was nobody on site, the reception desk was shut up and no-one answered the phones! In the end, I had to drive home and cancel the following days work. I left a message of complaint on the answerphone and have never received a call back! I will never stay there again and, in all good conscience, would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
