Superb location for The Deep and Old Quarter museums. Most things only a short walk. There's a convenience store and a takeaway just across the river. Car parking on site. Breakfast great!nSuper friendly staff, couldn't have been nicer! Room spotless, nice and quiet too. TV tiny, but watchable. Would happily stay again.
Stayed in a family room, whilst taking our son to Hull University. The hotel was in a great location to access The Deep which is a must see and to walk into Hull City Centre. However there is a £7 per night charge for parking and we had 2 cars! The staff in the hotel were lovely and friendly, providing good service. Bar and restaurant had a great view of The Humber. Lovely breakfast although the price has increased. Sadly the room was tired. Old plastic bath, fan didn't work in the bathroom, tiny TV, old limescaled kettle and only 2 cups despite 3 of us staying in the room. Given this and past couple of experiences with Premier Inn, the standard of rooms sadly isn't what it used to be.
Well located for the Deep, but a bit rough round the edges. And best sorting the parking out at the Car Park Machine, as even though the signs say you can pay at the reception, turns out you can't so have to go back down to the Car Park anyway
From the very warm welcome to the room being just how we expected it, we really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good. We were on the top floor in the premier plus.
Sort your staffing out!!nI stayed 2 nights this weekend, the first day Grant was left on his own to book everyone in and run the bar, the second night Katie was run ragged waitresses and running the bar! The staff are superb here and earn every penny, but they are severely understaffed. The hotel is good, but only because the staff go above and beyond and if it wasn't for them this hotel would fail massively!!
