An absolutely delightful pub and restaurant. Great food, great service, reasonably priced and located in a small lovely village. They even served my lab with a small bowl of complimentary treats much to his delight.
The pub is extremely dog friendly. Our puppy was served a smal bowl with water and some miniature size treats. He will definitely want to come back. We had the Sunday roast and it was delicious. The beef was good quality, the gravy was tasty and the Yorkshire pudding was excellent too. So we will come back too.
Incredible fillet steak and sticky toffee pudding in a beautiful and quintessentially English country setting. Excellent service too.
5 service, atmosphere and of course food and have to say a special thank you to the chef for being so accommodating with our 3 teenagers' request for burgers and fries instead of having the Sunday Menu on Father's Day

We have just enjoyed probably the best meal we have eaten since Hintlesham Hall in May. Un beatable menu. Taste buds jumping with joy. Outstanding service. A must for anyone , would like to experience Gastro dinning.
Lovely, just sit back and enjoy the food with a pint, We sat outside with the dogs. Warm day. Worth the money.
