Had a simply enjoyable time here. The building is perfect mix of old charm and modern decor for drinking or dining. We dined. Wait staff were great and I think there's a proper chef in the back. I had pork belly and seared scallops and the different sauces and purée on the plate made every mouthful pop. Only two scallops made me sad but not because there wasn't enough food on the plate. My husband had fishcakes and was less impressed. While it said they'd used flaked crab and some kind of fish, the texture was not flakey but almost ground to mush. He said the taste "went a bit same-y". But if this place was in our neighbourhood, I would visit often.

Very nice pub, can't comment on the restaurant but the bar food was excellent. Really lovely singer/guitarist playing. Friendly and efficient staff.

Had our wedding reception here on grand national day. Staff couldn't be morre attentive. Amazing food. Great day. Thankyou.

Really enjoyed our meals tonight,our waiter was both friendly and most helpful and the food was so tasty,we would definitely come back.
