Current staff members spend more time on their phone while making coffee than wanting to speak to you or interact with you. Might as well by a automatic booth

Extremely rude staff who were unhelpful and tried to sell me an item that was more expensive because they had sold out of what I wanted! Unwelcoming and irritable and made me feel like I was a complete nuisance when asking for a sausage roll and milkshake.

Used to be the best coffee in Ely, now there is Nero its fallen behind a bit but still good quality quick coffee before a train journey.
