Great friendly pub for those who prefer lively conversation and banter instead of sports tv and music. Good selection of local brewed real ale.

Come here for no music, no Television, good conversation whilst sipping a range of real ales. I love music in a pub but this place is good without it, you don't have to stay long if you don't enjoy the quiet or eavesdropping on conversation from people you may not know but you can enjoy a beer or cider and decide whether to stay or go.
