Been many times and can’t give one fault! The staff, service and food is always amazing. A brilliant place to go for any occasion, definitely recommend!!!
Nice atmosphere very pretty for Christmas. Food was OK
We had our Christmas drinks on Friday night. The pub has been refurbished, looks great. The buffet style food we had was really delicious and really good quality too. I'd say there might not hv been enough bar staff especially as it was a footy night but apart from that great
Went in today for a quick pint, post refurbishment. Interior looks stunning, modern and vibrant, great use of space. Team were genuinely welcoming and all looked pleased to be in a nice, fresh environment. Neck Oil was on point as usual.
Visited for a Sunday Roast with friends. Unfortunately a disappointing experience for food and service. Sunday roasts were nothing to be desired, meats were fatty and well done - Though this could have just been ours as we saw other roasts coming out looking better, at least by the colour of the meat, the Yorkshire pudding overcooked to a very crispy and burnt standard. Our waiter came to our table within 5 mins of the food being served and asked how the food was, we let him know - he had no response or interest. So clearly it was just an empty question! Overall service was slow.
Really enjoyed our meal today. It was slightly chaotic as the doors had just opened after the refurb, service at the dining tables was all over the shop and had to go to the bar to order drinks, but have to say, Sunday roast was great. Good to have you back open again. Few snagging issues to be sorted but does look lovely.
On 26th /3 had an outstanding meal in there , restaurant quality . The staff are very friendly. The chairs are comfortable which is important as i have a bad back & i cant sit on hard wooden chairs. Its a popular pub & i can see why
Went there last Thursday with a couple of mates, had a brilliant time. Good drinks and delicious food. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, particularly a ginger bloke called Luke. I definitely recommend coming here and will be coming back soon!
New decor looks great, we hosted an number of family and friend meet ups over the Christmas period, staff attentive, helpful and the food was good. We always go for the bar tapas, and the Korean Chicken is our fav! Thanks Liz and Team as always!
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Soby, Liz and Kofi for making our afternoon such a memorable experience. I was a bit apprehensive as there were 18 of us but I needn’t have worried as the afternoon turned out to be excellent. The service was without fault and seamless and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ll be 100% returning and would recommend to anyone
