Absolutely lush. The service was great and the food was delicious. I love the old pub setting it had such a lovely cosy vibe to it. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. First time going but it won't be the last.
The staff are always friendly and helpful and this time it was no different. Our drinks order was taken soon after we arrived and there was no queue for the carvery so we got our food straight away too. We recently switched from being regulars at the Toby Carvery Woodford Green and we wouldn't switch back as Snaresbrook is the nicer of the two restaurants when you take into account the food, ambiance and layout of the restaurant.
A family friendly place, polite, attentive and friendly staff, we love it here, it's been a venue for a number of our occasions in the last 20+ plus years, its an all weather venue, never ceases to cheer us up.
Absolutely loved it here today. Arrived without a booking and was made to feel very welcomed. After being seated was served by a beautiful waitress Roxy T who has an absolutely great personality. She was also very welcoming and made sure we knew what to expect it’s our first time for years to a carvery. She has a great demeanour and sense of humour and it felt like being at family on a Sunday. The food is AMAZING and very fresh, hot and tasty!!! I’d certainly a place to visit… Thanks Roxy T for making it special. The Campbell’s xxx
Lovely Sunday roast! The staff are friendly, and the portion sizes are brilliant. A fair bit of seating and parking. Would recommend making a reservation as it can get very busy on the weekend. They have a good selection of drinks and a few deserts. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in the local area and fancy a roast Parking: Fair bit of parking.
Probably the best Toby around. The food is great and the staff are really nice. Only soft drinks that let them down a bit. The flavour shots from the self serve machine don't taste of anything and I was charged £3.70 instead of £3.40sugar tax add ondespite requesting a sugar free refill as I don't have normal Pepsi. Overall though pretty good, will be returning.
I was at this pretty place to have a meal and just relax. I wasn't mistaken when I decided to choose this one. Thanks to peaceful atmosphere you will feel comfortable here. I liked the food and how it looked like. Everything I ate was fresh and well cooked. Definitely I'd recommend you this restaurant. You can go out with your friends and family here or just have a great time alone. You won't regret!
My daughter is autistic and we put in the booking notes asking for a quiet table as she struggles when out. The staff gave us a great little booth in a quiet area of the restaurant and they were absolutely amazing with our 5 year old. I would highly recommend this place not only did they keep her calm and happy, the food was absolutely delicious! As always..
Received a lovely warm welcome and shown to our table. Our carvery meal was delicious, the Chef was friendly and the food plentiful. I'm not going to any other Toby in future - well worth my 5* review. Thank you.
We went for lunch on Christmas Day. Were enthusiastically welcomed and shown to our table. Service very quick and friendly and not too long a queue at the Carvery. Served by a cheerful chef and as well as usual food on offer these were enhanced by the seasonal items. We very happy with our experience and would definitely do it again another year Parking: Plenty of room for parking
