A very good pint of Timothy Tailor's . Staff very amenable. A more traditional cosy atmosphere.Service: 4/5
Popped in for a quick pint on the way out for a meal. The pub was quite busy, but we were served quickly. The pint of Landlord was well kept. There was a good, friendly atmosphere. I noticed they had a dart board but hadn't taken my darts with me. Dog friendly pub too.
Great pub, staff were friendly and welcoming. Small car park round the back.Service: 5/5
Visited today with a couple of friends and our daughter, the weather was nice so sat outside in the beer garden, small, quaint but lovely little space. Was served promptly and have a nice selection of beers and real ales on offer, service was prompt and not expensive. We came for the pizza after seeing the signs countless times whilst driving past, we wasn't disappointed, nice sized rustic thin base pizzas full of flavour, we all finished off every last crumb. Overall, great small villiage pub with lovely food and drinks, would definitely visit again and recommend.
Food fabulous and great atmosphere, small and friendly. Dogs made most welcome.
We've walked over to Ockbrook a few times now on a Sunday to enjoy their roast beef and roast pork cobs, with the best roasties ever, fab gravy, horseradish and stuffing! Such great value, and an outdoor setting that is child and dog friendly! Staff absolutely lovely, good selection of drinks and will definitely be a regular Sunday visit for us : Thankyou to all the team at Cross Keys!
Came here for a light lunch for the first time today, great pub, atmosphere, service, selection of beers etc, had the Panini / toasties with homemade chips and slaw, can't fault anything, chips are amazing, no taste of oil just lovely chips, paninis are very tasty as was the slaw. Well done we will be back
