Quick stop after a walk for refreshments. Friendly staff and atmosphere.Service: 5/5

This is the village boozer but not very inviting.  Advertised footie on TV but didn't have it on.  The cask ale was awful but a good selection of other drinks.

Comfortable and friendly locals pub which seems to have a big emphasis on games. Lovely coal fire makes the bar very warm. Pleasant Mein Host keeps the beer well.

Centrally located traditional pub offering a good range of beers. Friendly counter service.Location: 4/5

Nice little pub, friendly staff and dog friendly. Various beers n lagers

Enjoyed a peaceful afternoon in the rear beer garden, small and secure tho. Highly recomend the Borrowdale Bitter.
