I just wanted to warn anyone with coeliacs disease or any gluten intolerance, I would not recommend ordering any of their gluten free products via delivery. I am a coeliac and both items I ordered from the gluten free section was sent as the gluten version. I am unable to eat either of these products both of which are on the more expensive side comparatively to the products I was sent. Have not received any compensation, no replacement or refund, they haven't even covered the cost in difference between the items I bought and those that they sent. Quite frankly, very disappointed in the lack of allergen awareness.
Great little convenience store. Suitable for small to medium sized shop. On-street parking nearby or Fitzalan car park a short walk away. Centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff

Not bad. They have food clearly sitting in the premium section and yet stated that they were not part of the premium meal deal chicken ceaser wraps. Wasn't happy about that.
There is a girl/woman works here called 'Hayley'. Absolute diamond. Always got a smile on her face, bubbly and always willing to help. Told her yesterday 'won't see you again after tomorrow," "why's that?", that she says, are you retiring?" I said "No you cheeky mare, I'm 51. Gonna miss her. Xx
Always a pleasure to shop here . Opens very early and is stocked full of quality , fresh produce. Service is very good indeed and Kayleigh will always help you pack the shopping and is also very polite and helpful , and she has a nice smile .
Manager is rude and unhelpful missing items on deliveroo im amusing poor stock management..... that's kinda what you are meant to be doing as a job putting phone down on customer is rude unacceptable behaviour an rejecting orders isn't on
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shelves can be sparse at times but I guess we have all the short sighted brexiteers to blame for that!
Well run local shop with friendly staff. I had a problem today and the young man behind the counter David kindly offered me the use of his phone, which helped me out so much. Thank you.
